Qualifications & Experience: NDT, NDES or HNDE in civil Engineering with more than 02 years’ experience or NCT (Civil) / NCIT (Civil) with more than 07 years’ experience in medium scale housing, rural water supply, community infrastructure and related development projects. Experience is required in community mobilization, community-based project development & implementation, tender procedure and contract administration. Age: preferably below 45 years.
Qualifications & Experience: G.C.E. A/L, Diploma in IT, Computer application, Knowledge of Computer and Network troubleshooting, MS office package, capability of preparing Reports, handling database & correspondence, record keeping etc. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the similar capacity. Age : preferably below 30 years.
Job profile To carry out the finance function in the Regional Office including maintenance of accounting records and management reports. Carrying out regional audits in relation to projects and recurrent budgets. Assist Regional Director’s to prepare annual budget & forecast if and when required. To implement & maintain internal control systems for compliance. Qualification Part qualification of ICA/CIMA / a Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 02 years experience in a similar capacity. Be computer literate and fluent in English. Working experience in plantation sector would be an added advantage. Age: Preferably below 45 yrs.
Job profile The job involves planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, supervision and evaluation of health and social welfare in the plantation sector. Expect to facilitate the plantation sector by coordinating with the local health authorities & other sectors. Provide training to different categories of social and welfare staff on the estate. Qualifications & Experience Local or Foreign Medical graduates, Degree/ Diploma in Health Promotion/ Nutrition/ Public health from recognized university or Ministry of Health Training Institute preferably with 3 years’ experience in health care, project management & social development activities. Ability to converse in Sinhala, English & Tamil would be an added advantage. Ability to visit the Estate. Age: Preferably below 50 years.
